  • All apps comply with applicable EU consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Directive and the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive.
  • All apps comply with applicable EU data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • All apps comply with applicable EU product-safety rules to the extent they apply to digital services.

Why this page exists

Articles 30 and 31 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) require online platforms such as the Apple App Store to verify and publish the contact details of every trader that offers products or services to consumers in the European Union. Apple collects this information from developers in App Store Connect and surfaces it on each app's product page. HUCE additionally publishes the same information here, together with the EU compliance certifications and labels that apply to the apps.

Trader status

HUCE Studio is operated by Christian Witt Vicuras as an individual sole trader registered in Denmark. The studio is a trader for the purposes of the Digital Services Act because it offers paid or commercial mobile applications in connection with a trade or profession. Consumer rights stemming from EU consumer protection law therefore apply to contracts between HUCE and consumers in the EU.

Verified contact information

The address, phone number, email address, and registration number listed on this page match the trader information that Apple has verified in App Store Connect. The same details are displayed on the App Store product page of every HUCE app distributed in the European Union, in line with Article 30 of the Digital Services Act.

Compliance certification (Article 30(1)(e))

HUCE certifies that it only offers products or services on the App Store that comply with the applicable rules of EU law. This certification is provided to Apple in App Store Connect and is repeated here for transparency. The compliance areas covered are summarised in the certifications list above.

Notice & action

If you believe that a HUCE app contains illegal content, infringes intellectual-property rights, or otherwise breaches EU law, you may submit a notice through Apple's reporting channels on the App Store product page. You may also contact HUCE directly at christian@huce.dk and we will review the notice promptly.

Updates

The information on this page is reviewed at every app submission and whenever any of the contact details change. The last review date is shown at the top of the page.
